Date Reservation Deposit
A $50 non-refundable date reservation deposit guarantees my services for your event date. This fee is applied to your 50% deposit.
50% Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract six to eight weeks prior to the event date.
Balance
The balance on the order is due in full two weeks prior to the event date.

Corporate clients should contact me directly about payment procedures and options.
Methods of Payment
All payments accepted by cash, check, money order or Visa/Mastercard, including deposits and balance. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Cottage Garden Creations.
Delivery & Set-up
Delivery and two hours of set-up are included in the flower prices quoted. Set-up includes ceremony, reception and pinning boutonnieres and corsages. If the set-up for an event requires more than two hours, and additional fee will be itemized in the quote and contract.
Rental Fees
Rental fees and replacement costs for rental items (if needed) are itemized in the quote and contract.
Service Fee
A $20 service charge is assessed on all returned checks.
